We work really hard to get your orders out to you as soon as possible. You certainly should expect notification that it’s been posted within three working days.
Exchanges and returns
We’re pretty sure you will love your order. But if for any reason you don’t, we have a no questions asked returns policy. All we ask is that you return your order within 14 working days, with a brief explanation of why you’re returning it, that the items haven’t been worn and the items still have all the original tags attached. Please include the name of the person who ordered it, so we can track down the right order.

We recommend using a registered service for returns as we can’t be responsible for lost post. When returning your goods please ask for the ‘Royal Mail Signed For’ service. Once we’ve received your goods we try to turn around the exchange or refund the same day. You should get your new order or see the refund in your bank account within three days. And you’ll get an update via email from us telling you it’s been processed. The cost of this postage will not be refunded.
